29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms were not kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition. a. A&D Wood Products, Inc. located in Elida, Ohio: On or about September 5, 2014, the employer did not ensure that work areas such as, but not limited to those around the re-saw and the notcher were maintained in a clean and orderly condition. Saw dust and wood debris was allowed to accumulate on horizontal surfaces in the working areas exposing employees to fire hazards and explosion hazards from the combustible dust.
