29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) a) for the chemicals used at 13127 Bridgeport Crossing in Bradenton (FL) during tile roofing operations on or about 04/21/2014, in that, training was not effective. Employees were not able to identify the category of the hazards for the chemicals used on site such as, foams, seals, dust generated from cutting tiles and cement based-products.
