29 CFR 1910.157(e)(1): The employer was not responsible for the inspection, maintenance and testing of all portable fire extinguishers in the workplace: a) 300 E. Ayre Street, Newport, DE - Fire extinguishers on site were not inspected or maintained as required. The employees work in the area on a daily basis. This exposed the employees to potential fire hazards. The violation was observed on or about March 11, 2014.
