29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): When employees use or may be exposed to hazardous chemicals, products, or materials the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written OSHA Hazard Communication Program: a) The employer did not provide a HazCom program; During concrete construction activities employees may be exposed to health and/or safety hazards such as the following: --- Form Oil vapors when applying the oil and when removing the forms. --- Carbon Monoxide exposure when operating kerosene heaters in enclosed tented spaces to heat the underside of newly poured concrete floors to keep them from freezing during cold weather.
