29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. Site- Employees were exposed to falls between approximately 11 and 25 feet where fall protection was not utilized. Leleu & Brother construction, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312423098, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/11/2008 with respect to a workplace located at 605 Hogan Road, Bangor, ME 04401.
