29 CFR 1910.1027(n)(1)(i): The employer did not establish and keep an accurate record of all air monitoring for cadmium in the workplace.The record did not include at least the information contained in items (A)-(E): (a) BAE Systems - The employer did not include in the air monitoring records information required buy this section including the employee's social security number, a description of the sampling and analytical methods used, and information regardng the type of respiratory protection devices, if any, worn by the monitored employees, on or about April 16, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
