29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Place(s) of employment are not kept clean and orderly, or in a sanitary condition: a) Bagging Area - Combustible PVC dust is permitted to accumulate on surfaces throughout the area, exposing employees to an increased risk of a deflagration. This condition was noted on or about March 13, 2012. Formosa Plastics Corporation, USA was previously cited for a violation of this same occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(l), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311807358, citation number 1, item number 2a, and was affirmed as an informal settlement agreement on April 20, 2010, with respect to the same workplace located at 780 School House Road, Delaware City, DE 19706. Formosa Plastics Corporation, USA was previously cited for a violation of this same occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314384090, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as an informal settlement agreement on December 3, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 201 Formosa Drive, Point Comfort, TX 77978.
