29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Cheese department; On or about June 11, 2025, and dates prior, the DMC lockout procedure was not used prior to clearing clogged cheese in the DMC. Associated Milk Producers, Inc. was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1712096, citation number 1, item number 3, group letter a, and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 14193 County Road S, Jim Falls, WI 54748.
