29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about April 9, 2025, it was documented that employees performing recreational vehicle servicing and maintenance in the service bays of BRV Lincoln, LLC dba Bish's RV of Lincoln located at 1000 and 1040 Saltillo Road, Roca, Nebraska were exposed to chemical burn/irritation hazards in that the employer did maintain and make available a chemical inventory list which is reflected by each individual chemical safety data sheet. Instances of chemicals found in the facility but not identified in a list include but is not limited to: i. Clorox Bleach, ii. Meguiar's Detailer Glass Cleaner,(concentrate), iii. Ultimar Exterior Spray on Protectant (concentrate), iv. Dicor Rubber Roof coating System (sealants), v. Propane, vi. Ultimar Leather & Fabric Protector vii. Arnold Motor - Foaming Bug Remover
