29 CFR 1904.32(a)(1): The employer did not review the OSHA 300 log to verify that entries were complete and accurate, and correct any deficiencies identified: a) Worksite - On and prior to March 3, 2025, the OSHA 300 Log for 2024 provided to OSHA contained injuries that did not occur in 2024 including injuries on 10-30-2021, 2-26-2025, and 2-27-2025. The employer did not verify the OSHA 300 Log entries were accurate and correct any deficiencies identified.
