29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1): The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: On or about January 27, 2025, employees were exposed to fall hazards, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. The employer did not have an effective safety and health program with specific work rules, competent person oversight, and employee training to govern employees' activities. M & J GENERAL CONSTRUCTION L.L.C. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.20(B)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1494920, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON DECEMBER 15, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 2936 RUTHERFORD DRIVE, URBANA, ILLINOIS 61802.
