29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 1 Eastern Rd, Kearny NJ Maintenance employee did not utilize energy control procedures including, but not limited to, Power Dry and Dryer Mezzanine Conveyor when climbing into the drum of dryer #4 to remove a towel jammed in the unload door. Violation occurred on or about 1/18/2025 b) 1 Eastern Rd, Kearny NJ Maintenance employee did not utilize energy control procedure "Ironer line 5" to unjam Ironer #5. Violation occurred on or about 1/28/2025 c) 1 Eastern Rd, Kearny NJ A maintenance crew replaced a motor on Ironer #1 without locking out all the energy sources as indicated in the posted lockout procedure "Ironer line 1". Violation occurred on or about 1/24/2025.
