29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) ISPICE, LLC, 106 Central Avenue, Cortland, New York, 13045, Production A, Line 2. On or about 11/6/2024, the employer did not develop, document and utilize procedures to control potentially hazardous energies when an employee was engaged in servicing and/or maintenance, including cleaning, on the Guangdong Rifu Intelligent Equipment Co. Ltd, Duel Head Powder Filler, Model RF-2GP, Serial Number 231017YD. ISPICE, LLC, 6450 Highway 43, Jackson, Alabama, 36545, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500305, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/10/2021.
