29 CFR 1910.1053(f)(2)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) Cement Mixer #1 (pipe side); October 22, 2024, and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica in that the employer did not develop or implement a written exposure control plan meeting the requirements of 1910.1053(f)(2)(i)(A)-(C) to limit employee exposure to respirable crystalline silica. Foley Products Company, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1053(f)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518033, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on August 23, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1091 Scott Dr, Clanton AL, 35045.
