29 CFR 1910.38(c)(2): Procedures for emergency evacuation, including type of evacuation and exit route assignments were not implemented by the employer. On or about October 18, 2024, at the RapidXchange Production Facility in Brookshire, TX, the emergency evacuation posters were not hanging in the areas of the production facility where the workers could see and adhere to.
