29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): Floor aisles and passageways were not kept clear creating trip hazards in the workplace. a) In the warehouse, located at 5682 East Ponce De Leon Ave., Stone Mountain, GA 30083: On or about August 29, 2024, and at times prior, employees performing warehouse operations, were exposed to trip hazards, in that the employer maintained piles of shredded plastic and debris on passageways and placed an extension cord in front of the warehouse door.
