29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): On or about July 15, 2024, employees performing roofing operations were exposed to eye injuries and fall hazards of approximately 8 feet and the employer did not ensure a competent person inspected to ensure the hazards were eliminated or controlled. THE CORRECT MEASURE CONSTRUCTION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1926.20(b)(2), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1717550, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 21, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 105 E ELM STREET, DUNLAP, IL 61525.
