29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The procedures shall clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C), and (c)(4)(ii)(D): On or about April 10, 2024, at an establishment located at 625 Hader Street in Denmark, Wisconsin, in Blender #7 area; the employer did not outline the specific procedural steps for shutting down the CD1000 Column Dumper #7 (Zuba Dumper) and did not identify the gravitational and hydraulic energies created by the dumper mechanism and cart or how to control those energies. Salm Partners LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1641532, citation number 2, item 1a, and was affirmed as final order on July, 10, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 625 Hader Street in Denmark, Wisconsin.
