29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(B): Refresher training in relevant topics shall be provided when the operator has been involved in an accident or near-miss incident. On or about January 5, 2024, at establishment located at 1025 W 20th Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: the employer failed to ensure that an employee involved in a forklift accident was given refresher training prior to continued forklift operation. U.S. Postal Service DBA USPS Seminole P&DC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(4)(ii)(B), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1407646, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 6, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 2036 E. Landstreet Rd., Orlando, Florida.
