29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. a) 382-393 Nicker Jack Way, Chatham Bay, Dover, DE 19901: On or about February 5, 2024, i.e. employees are exposed to gasoline, a flammable eye and skin irritant while pouring gasoline into a gas-powered generator and a gas-powered air compressor and the employer did not maintain Safety Data Sheets warning of the associated hazards. The Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard 1910.1200(e)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686108, citation number 1 item number 1- b and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street Middletown, DE 19709.
