29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), & (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes items (i) and (ii) of this subparagraph: a) Lot 579 Macleish Street Middletown, DE 19709: On or about February 5, 2024, employees were exposed to gasoline containing methyl tertiary butyl ether (MTBE) an eye irritant while filling generators on site without a hazard communication program or Safety Data Sheets on site. The Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686108, citation number 1 item number 1-a and was affirmed as a final order on 10/2/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street Middletown, DE 19709.
