29CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On December 4, 2023, at 3940 15th Avenue North in Fargo, North Dakota, an employee was injured resulting in a hospitalization that is a reportable event in which OSHA was not notified.
