29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) On or before 12/1/2023, the employer did not ensure that all portable fire extinguishers were readily accessible to employees. Fire extinguishers were blocked by stacks of stored materials and empty cardboard boxes. This condition exposed employees to fire hazards.
