29 CFR 1910.134(c): The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use: a) Container Painting Area - On or about 10/10/23, employees were required by the employer to wear 3M half-mask air purifying respirators while spray painting refuse containers. The employer did not develop and implement a written respiratory protection program with required worksite-specific procedures and elements for required respirator use including selection, medical evaluation, fit-testing, training, and inspection. Fleet Genius, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1664817, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 9/1/23.
