29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section 29 CFR 1910.28, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the systems described in 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): On or about September 26, 2023 at location 3855 South Washburn Street, Oshkosh, Wisconsin: Employees working in the service area performing roofing work such as but not limited to roof replacements and resealing seams on top of recreational vehicles (RV's) were not protected from fall hazards over four feet. Camping World RV Sales, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1583062, citation number 1, item number 1/a and was affirmed as a final order on August 3, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 6440 Scully Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701.
