29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). Location - 61 Dunstar Road, Bedford, MA. Instance A) On or about August 23, 2023, eight employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than ten feet above lower level in two locations on a residential house where fall protection was not used. Instance B) On or about September 27, 2023, an employee was exposed to hazards greater than eleven feet above lower level where fall protection was not used.
