29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i):The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure. Drift Hotel: On or before July 11, 2023, housekeeping employees conducted bedding changes, room cleaning, and trash removal from occupied rooms which potentially exposed employees to bloodborne pathogens. The employer did not ensure that a written exposure control plan was in place to eliminate and/or reduce housekeeping employees' exposure from contaminated linens and items. Employees were potentially exposed to bloodborne pathogens.
