29 CFR 1915.71(b)(5): Scaffolds were not maintained in a safe and secure position. Lisa Marie boat at the Boat Yard: Employees were entering and exiting the Lisa Marie via a ramp. The scaffolding erected around the vessel included wood planks that were not adequately secured to prevent moving or shifting.
