29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition: (a) Impika Printer Area: On or about May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces were kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition in that the walls, conduits and horizontal surfaces had accumulations of dusts from the adjacent Impika printer and Technau paper handling units and dust collection system.
