29 CFR 1910.22(b): The employer did not ensure that each walking-working surface can support the maximum intended load for that surface: (a)American Engineered Products, LLC at 605 4th Street Southeast, De Smet, SD 57231: On or about and at times prior to May 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the base box that painters stand on in front of the powder coat booth was sufficient to support the weight of employees. This condition exposed employees to trip/fall hazards.
