29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one-eighth inch: a) On or about March 8, 2023, in the starter repair and assembly shop, where employees operated a DeWalt bench grinder, Model DW758, whose work rest exceeded one-eighth inches. Air Starter Components, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1586239, citation number 1, item number 3b and was affirmed as a final order on August 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 13935 Stafford Road, Stafford, TX 77477.
