29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1):A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: COMPANY-WIDE: On or about October 17, 2022, the employer, having employees who were exposed to lead at or above the permissible exposure limit, had not developed and implemented a written respiratory protection program. Delta Arsenal, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1433026, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 342 Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford, CT 06492.
