29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1):The employer did not initiate and maintain accident prevention programs as necessary to comply with this part: a) RD Quality Construction, LLC. On or about October 4, 2022 at the address of 19654 Kellogg Rd. Bowling Green OH 43402: The employer did not have a plan or program to identify job site hazards which assists employees in maintaining a safe working environment. Such programs would support the employer and employees in identifying and avoiding potential hazards such as falls, struck-by, caught-between, eye/face hazards during job site operations, decreasing the probability of employee(s) death, injury and/or illness. RD Quality Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1457444, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 16, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14530 Dexter Road, Perrysburg, OH 43551. RD Quality Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1580542, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on May 31, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 7419 Hunters Chase, Maumee, OH 43537.
