29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to Items of this section a) Bonded Logic, Inc.; On or about August 24, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to electrical, struck-by, and caught-between hazards, in that the employer did not ensure specific procedures for maintenance employees and operator who perform repairs and blow-outs were clearly and specifically outlined. Equipment includes but is not limited to DOA Line 1 and 2, SPC on Line 1 and 2, Ovens Line 1 and 2, and the Dust House.
