As referenced in 29 CFR 1926.59. Site: 2186 Atlantic Ave in Brooklyn, NY. a) On or about 8/24/2022, employees were coating the roof top and coping the parapet wall, and were exposed to chemicals from the coating and coping materials used. The employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication program.
