Sanchez Construction LLC was previously cited for a repeat serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1476636, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 6823 Streamside Drive, Sum 119, Galena, Ohio 43021. Sanchez Construction LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.20(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1423718, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6950 Scarlet Oak Drive, Lot 409, Hilliard, Ohio 43026.
