29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii). (a) AB Overstreet dba Fab Tech, Inc. - On January 10, 2022, and times prior, the employer did not develop and/or maintain a complete Hazardous Communication Program (Hazcom) while using hazardous materials such as: "Through the Roof" clear sealant and GE 5050 silicone metal sealant, there-by exposing employees to serious injuries due to chemical exposure.
