29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees are engaged in the activities covered by this section: Location: 123 South 20th St. Irvington, NJ 07111 - Shredder Line / Dust Room a) Employees were exposed to crushing hazards while performing servicing actions on a Vertical Baler Press Machine 6-2068, Shredder Line - Baler Press Machine and Fiber Control Snow Maker machine without having the proper procedural steps in place addressing the steps for and applying safe Lock out Tag out application inside the energy control panel on or about 12/22/21.
