29 CFR 1910.134(c)(2)(i): Respirator users were not provided with the information contained in Appendix D to 29 CFR 1910.134 when the employer determined that any voluntary respirator use was permissible: a) Workplace, 123 South 20th St. Irvington, NJ The employer directs employees to process clothing and cardboard with cutters, mills, blend boxes, and condensers into paper and cloth insulating pads as a final product. This process creates clothing fibers and dust, and paper dust, that become airborne. Employees were provided with Ranksing ST-AX filtering facepieces for voluntary use, however such workers were not provided Appendix D information. Violation occurred on or about December 22, 2021
