29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: This violation was observe on or about November 3, 2021, procedures are not developed, documented, or used to ensure the control of hazardous energy during servicing or servicing and maintenance activities of a conveyor and associated operating systems for Terex silos 1, 2,and 3. Employee were exposed to the hazards of uncontrolled energy sources Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, within (10) calendar days of the date of this citation, the employer must submit documentation describing the steps taken to ensure lockout/tagout procedures are developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy.
