NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19. Krisanna Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1153(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1454698, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on 5/27/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4 Executive Drive, Marlton, NJ 08053.
