29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(3):Following a report of an exposure incident, the employer did not make immediately available to the exposed employee a confidential medical evaluation and follow-up: a) Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, Thomasville AL location: On or about May 19, 2021 and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to blood borne pathogen hazards in that employees assisting an injured employee did not make a confidential medical evaluation or post exposure follow up available to exposed employees.
