29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail: a) Interior Stairway to 2nd Floor - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the 2nd floor utilizing a wooden stairway without any handrail, on or about 4/16/21 b) Interior Stairway to basement - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while accessing the basement utilizing a wooden stairway without any handrail, on or about 4/16/21. c) Interior Stairway to 2nd Floor - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while accessing the 2nd floor utilizing the same wooden stairway without any handrail, on or about 4/22/21. d) Interior Stairway to basement - Employees and other workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 8 feet while accessing the basement utilizing the same wooden stairway without any handrail, on or about 4/22/21.
