29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Production Building: On March 26, 2021 and prior to; employees involved in various trades to include welders, cutters, painters, and sheet rock installers were not made aware of the hazards associated with welding, cutting, grinding and painting on steel shipping containers. Paint on shipping containers consists of paints that are eye, skin, and respiratory irritants to include but not limited to epoxy resins (water soluble), Titanium dioxide, Propylene glycol, and Iron oxide. Painters are working with paints to include but not limited to Sherwin Williams Pro Primer Interior Latex Paint. Note* Abatement certification IS required.
