MIDWEST TRAILER MANUFACTURING, LLC WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 1910.178(L)(1)(I), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1152996 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1A, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON OCTOBER 7, 2016, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2000 KENTVILLE RD., KEWANEE, ILLINOIS 61443.
