29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer shall conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirements of this standard are being followed. On or about October 16, 2020, Worthington Industries had not performed a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure for the West Dixon Assembler at least annually to ensure that the procedures and requirements of this standard were being followed. Worthington Industries was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110129, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on May 4, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 300 East Breed St., Chilton, WI 53014.
