29 CFR 1910.132(a):Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: On or about June 11, 2020 the employer failed to ensure that employees had heat protective clothing. The Bob Sumerel Tire Company Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.132(d)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1277909, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/6/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 55 Leetsdale Industrial Drive, Leetsdale, PA 15056.
