Location: Hallway to the office area Employees are exposed to fire and entrapment hazards where the exit access is restricted to 20-inches wide due to grey bins stacked along each side of the hallway. The employer routinely fails to assure effective protection against maintaining exit access to at least 28-inches wide as required by the standard, as demonstrated on or about 03/06/2020, when employees were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards where the exit access was restricted to 20-inches wide due to grey bins stacked along each side of the hallway located at 450 Nashua Rd. Dracut, MA.
