29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by Subpart S of Part 1910, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the means identified in paragraphs (A), (B), (C), and (D) of 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): a) Extension cable operation area: On or about February 25, 2020, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards up to 120V where an extension cord connected to a compressor had a splice and it was lived exposing employees walking the area to electric shock hazards. b) Operation area: On or about February 25, 2020, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards up to 120V where a fan had a splice cable that was energizing it. Exposing employees to electric shock hazards. c) Receiving area: On or about February 25, 2020, employees operating forklift and retrieving packages where exposed to exposed electrical hazards up to 220V when cables from a junction boxed that was knocked open.
