29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace: a) On or about December 11, 2019, in the Shop, employees are required to wear respirators for wood-working and painting operations, without first being medically evaluated. Central City Millworks, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1019858, Citation number 01, Item number 001, Group (b) and was affirmed as Final Order on 8/26/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 2610 Second Street, New Orleans, LA 70113.
